How far ahead should I book my cake?

Since we are a small boutique, we take a very limited number of commissions per week. For summer dates it is advisable to contact us 6-9 months before the event.

How much do cakes cost?

The cost of the cake depends on the intricacy of the design. Prices for wedding/celebration cakes start at $6/serving while on average most the cakes we end up creating fall into the $7-10/serving range. There is a minimum order of $250 for any cake. Sculpted cakes are priced on a per project basis, starting at $10/serving. For “worry free” transportation of your cake on your special day, we offer a delivery and set-up service within Greater Montreal. Pricing is adjusted based on location.

How do I reserve my wedding date?

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

How many servings do I need?

How much cake you will need depends on what other desserts are being served. If the cake will be plated and served to each guest as the main dessert, then you will need enough servings for the full guest count plus a few extra. However, if the cake is being served later as part of the sweet table, then you may not need a cake large enough to serve each of your guests. In this case, we usually suggest ordering a cake sized to serve approximately 75% of your guests.

How big is a serving?

A standard sized serving is 1”x2”x4”. Perfectly sized to accompany a coffee (or cocktail!)
